Lauren Allen is a registered Kinesiologist with BCAK.

After completing her Bachelor of Arts Degree (2018) specializing in Sports, Health and Physical Education, Lauren furthered her practice by pursuing Kinesiology & Active Release Therapy. Lauren offers a wide variety of treatments, such as: Active Rehabilitation, Pre/Post Surgery Rehab, Exercise Prescriptions, ART/STR, Cupping Therapy, Eldercare.
